Using a variety of resources, CATALYST assists in the establishment of partnerships with grassroots-level organisations and the not-for-profit sector ; it also helps to set up and structure India chapters of US based foundations and charitable organisations such as United Way International, The Asia Foundation, The Hope Project, Digital Partners and so on. Structuring includes:
o Identifying as well
as enlisting corporate and NGO leaders and professionals on Governing
Boards
o Establishing standards of transparency in governance and decision-making
o Assessing sustainability and projections for growth
o Feasibility and scoping studies for donors interested in setting up
institutions, vocational training centres, resource and information centres
