Catalyst is a social development consulting firm that aims at brokering relationships between private enterprise, foundations and individuals in the United States and the non-profit sector in India.  The range of services include consulting  and advisory, due diligence, monitoring and reporting for US based grantmakers,  training  and capacity building programmes for non-profits in India and  conducts niche research on philanthropy.  CSDC also facilitates and organises convenings and conferences specifically in the area of social justice and rights.

Its panel of established consultants and advisors include those from the world of academia, the not-for-profit sector, change management leaders and fundraisers both in India and the United States. In their individual capacities and collectively each of these resource persons have acted as change agents and facilitators in several dynamic interactive partnerships involving government, private enterprise and the not-for-profit sector. Combining innovative techniques with well-tested strategies, Catalyst hopes to make a change where it matters.
